Tenant Spaces

At Community House Mid Canterbury (CHMC) we provide low-cost office spaces in the centre of Ashburton designed to accommodate the unique needs of not-for-profit and health and wellbeing related commercial tenants.
Our private office spaces are tailored to support small to mid- size groups looking to lease a space within a safe and welcoming community hub.
Office leases are for a 12-month period with right of renew at the beginning of each financial year.
Our tenants have access to shared resources and facilities, telephone and internet.
Our spaces are more than just a place to work, they are a hub for networking, collaboration, education and support that cater for a diverse range of community needs.

Rakaia Room

Our Rakaia Room is designed to cater for larger gatherings of up to 40 people. This is an ideal space for board meetings, workshops, small community events, seminars and team strategy sessions. This room is equipped with data projection, hi speed Wi-Fi, whiteboard, folding trestle tables, chairs, kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities and an easily accessible toilet facility.  This is our only available out of business hours facility.
