Prime Location

Community House offers a prime location in central Ashburton for groups and individuals with the need to hire affordable and collaborative meeting and/or office space. The building has designed to offer a range of spaces and rooms for hire for a variety of activities, with a number of meeting and interview options available, serving as a community support hub. There is parking on site for all visitors too.

Community House offers two rooms for hire, the Rakaia & Hakatere Rooms, for casual or long-term regular booking hire.

There is a 20% discount available on all bookings from Not for Profit organisations.

The Rakaia Room

The largest meeting room

  • Seats 35 people max

Rates:

  • $186 for full day use
  • $140 for half day – 4+ Hours
  • $47 per hour

Hakatere Room & Small office spaces

  • Seats 4 – 5 people max
  • Desks & chairs
  • Bathroom facilities

Rates:

  • $105 for full day use
  • $25 per hour
