The Community House provides an affordable opportunity for the not for profit community to reside at the premises at an affordable rate. Along with providing causal office space opportunities, meeting rooms for hire for the community, hire of the community van, as well as network meetings, photocopying and scanning facilities and JP signing services. There are a wide range of activities that can be easily accessible to the local community including:

  • Health and wellbeing services
  • Support groups
  • Community meetings and seminars
  • Regular social get-togethers
  • Development programs

Join other organisations in a collaborative, co-sharing workspace that has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the community. Sharing resources and facilities Is designed to keep overheads at a minimum.

Long term offices are rented on the basis of a Licence to Occupy
Rent is below market
Rent includes use of all shared resources and facilities
Preferential rights to bookings of the Rakaia and Rangitata rooms
